3. Use of Toll Tags
Proper installation of the electronic toll tag is crucial for optimal performance. We recommend installing the tag on the windshield's upper-center for the best signal. Our service is designed to facilitate smoother travel across Mexico's expressways. Users are responsible for maintaining a sufficient balance on their toll tags to cover their tolls.
It is important to note that some Mexican expressways may offer discounted tolls (up to 50% less) for vehicles utilizing our electronic tags. Additionally, tag users may benefit from exclusive lanes at busy toll points, reducing travel time.
4. Balance Recharges
We offer convenient mobile and online options for recharging your toll tag balance. Payments for recharges are processed securely. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the recharge amount and the associated tag number. Once a recharge is processed, it may not be refundable except as required by applicable law.
5. Lost or Damaged Tags
In the event of a lost or damaged toll tag, please contact our customer support immediately. We will assist you in deactivating the lost tag and, if applicable, transferring any remaining balance to a new tag according to our policies.
6. No Signup Required

7. Limitation of Liability
